In this church lie interred the remains of Milborne Kemeys Tynte Esq. second son of Charled John Kemeys Tynte Esq. Grandson of Colonel Charles Kemeys Kemeys Tynte of Halsewell House, Somersetshire and Kevan Mabley Glamorganshire, and a Lieutenant in the 4th Royal Irish Regiment of Dragoon Guards. The injuries he unfortunately received by his horse falling upon him at Kilkash, Coy. Tipperary Ireland caused his death on the 10th March 1845 in the 22nd year of his age. Colonel Chatterton K.H. and his brother officers deeply lamenting the untimely fate of a much loved companion and highly valued friend, have caused this tablet to be erected as a lasting monument of their sorrow and regard.
