About the memorial: Wall mounted vertical rectangular glazed sheet of white parchment framed by dark wood. Decorative thick green border around centre field with interspaced shield devices. Multi coloured dedication at top of centre field followed by multi coloured list of names and associated arms of service beneath in single column, sub divided by year. Casualties denoted by gold cross alongside names, together with initial letter of both forename and surname in gold. 0.8m high x 0.56m wide x 0.05m deep, erected on the west wall of the nave

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
