About the memorial: Wall mounted horizontal rectangular dark wooden frame and glazing over single sheet of white paper. Dedication at top of sheet followed by WW1 dates with short section of multi coloured decoration to each side. WW1 names below in 6 columns with medal holders separated and above columns. WW2 dates beneath with decoration to each side and names in 4 columns below. Prayer at bottom of paper. Erected on the north wall of nave. 560 x 360 x 20mm.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
