About the memorial: An office building with a plaque on the street frontage. The three storey stone and slate building was originally intended for use by Belper Urban District Council and subsequently occupied by the successor Amber Valley Borough Council. It has a double frontage onto the northern side of King Street and has stone mullioned windows and a prominently gabled roof. The bronze plaque is located at the centre of the ground floor frontage.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
