About the memorial: Ten-panelled, colourfully painted wooden screen to accompany church organ. Gold, black & red paint on wooden backing. St. Michael to the left with shield & sword, slaying a four-headed dragon & St. George to the right on horseback also with shield & sword, traditionally slaying the dragon. Italic print used throughout.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
