About the memorial: On the 1st stone there is a quite glorious metal shield. On the second stone there is a metal plaque. The Church was destroyed by fire on 29 July 2021- it is believed that the memorial survived, but that needs to be confirmed.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
