About the memorial: Originally belonged to the Eastern Amateur Swimming Club- passed to the Museum in 1980 (acquisition number PP.1980.135.1.2)- a silver trophy on a wooden base, a silver dedication plaque on the front face of the trophy. Dimensions are 164 mm x 390 mm x 205 mm and weight 1660 g It is kept in a wooden case with a hinged lid, lined with red felt and painted with brown paint.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
