About the memorial: Metal Plaque on a boulder (note that RAF Millom museum is now closed- the location of the referenced artefacts is now unknown as the museum collections were dispersed on closure). The pin reference is on the motor road, but the memorial location is at 760 metres on remote hillside, only suitably experienced and equipped walkers should try to visit.
