3rd Battalion Princess Charlotte of Wales Royal Berkshire Regiment. In memory of Captain Henry F Scott who was killed in action at Houtkop S. Africa 15 Jun 1901. Also of Private H Clasper, Accidentally Shot. Private H Gee and Private T Denny who died of disease during the campaign 1899-1902. This memorial is erected by the Officers, Non-Com: Officers and men of the battalion.
