About the memorial: 2 identical pieces of card, on pre-produced forms by SPCK, with the 4 scriptural shields around-the helmet of salvation, the shield of faith, the sword of the spirit & the breastplate of righteousness. The first sheet is mainly alphabetical, and is the original one, produced in 1915. The second is a supplemental sheet for 1916-1918 with names added as they enlisted. Document Reference WPR 25/17/6

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
