About the memorial: [From the club website- accessed 11 July 2020]-Victory Park is named after the outcome of World War One, with work beginning on the ground (an old ash tip) in 1919 and the Club moving in a year later after buying the land for £868. Prior to 1920 the club played at three other venues; Dole Lane, Rangletts Recreation Ground and St Georges Park (for 15 years from 1905), the home of the now defunct Chorley St Georges FC.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
