About the memorial: Cardiff District Oddfellows Memorial appears to have included a timber tablet and included some Bathstone and Pennant stone. It was made by Clarke's of Llandaff in 1920 and cost £180 so it must have been of considerable size. It was paid for by J. B. Fletcher of 21 Dumfries Place, Cardiff. Two more names were added in 1922 at a cost of £1.1s. In 1920 the Odd Fellows cClub was located in Charles Street. The location is now a Department Store (M&S I think). The original club may possibly have been destroyed or damaged in WW2. The fate of this memorial is unknown. The Odd Fellows Club relocated to premises in Newport Road, Cardiff. The memorial is not present in the Newport Road premises, though other artifacts of the now disbanded club are still present in the cellar there.
