About the memorial: Large square platform-type step with an overhanging upper face supporting a two-stepped square base surmounted by a square to octagonal sectioned transition plinth with a series of tapering upper mouldings. Rising from the plinth is an octagonal tapering shaft, moulded octagonal boss and a decorative, terminal-armed wheel cross. Incised inscriptions and names on four side faces of plinth and both front steps. All inscriptions and names infilled with black paint.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
