About the memorial: Located in the edge of a wood just off a foot path and over looking fields. The main part of the memorial is a silver cedar tree. Adjacent to this is a teak seat with a metal plaque on it. This is the 3rd iteration of this seat, the original was vandalised, that was replaced with with a simple board across to sections of tree trunk which again was replaced with the current seat. There is a writeup from a local(?) paper about the memorial along with a picture of Sgt Fenemore on a post in front of the seat. The final part of the memorial is a small metl plaque on a short concrete(?) plinth under the tree. There is also a, currently unused, wood and glass noticeboad between the seat and the road.
