About the memorial: Memorial in Cathays Cemetery, Cardiff commemorating Sydney Butler James Singleton d. 1917 in the loss of the SS ‘Rosario’. The source website, Maritime memorials, omits the surname from the title, as a result of a misreading of the inscription.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
