About the memorial: Brass Plaque in wooden frame. Govan and Linthouse Parish Church has been renamed between 2012 and 2020 from Govan New Church. It is the union of 7 Churches from 1918- St Mary's United Free Church (the present building), Fairfield United Free, St Columba's United Free, Copeland Road United Free, Summerton United Free, Dean Park Church of Scotland and St Kiarans Church of Scotland. It is not kmonn which of WMO/277271, 277273 and 277274 came from which building. However as this memorial is identical in style to the 129th Boys Brigade (WMO/277272), which is known to be from Summerton United Free Church, it can be assumed this memorial is also from there.
