About the memorial: Captain "Paddy" Brady Royal Army Medical Corps (RAMC)was attached to 22 SAS as a Medical Instructor of Patrol Medics. This memorial beside the Twisted Hazel tree was gifted by his friends in the RAMC. The Twisted Hazel is symbolic of the RAMC Cap Badge with the snake climbing a pole. This memorial was established in 2014.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
