About the memorial: Oak Board, with cornice over. The centre panel has a dome at centre top, in which is a brass Maltese Cross inside a laurel wreath, raised in half relief, with the words "Roll of" and "Honour" painted on either side. Names are listed in three columns. Lettering is in gilded Roman capitals. Relocated from the United Methodist Chapel on closure. At the date of compilation of this report [February 2021] Croft Chapel was not marked on the map, so may have closed. The pin location is accurate for it's location. On 25 April 2024 the Church is confirmed to have been closed and been converted into a private dwelling. The location of the memorial needs to be confirmed

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
