About the memorial: A sloping stone built monolith with 4 slate tablets on its front showing dedication & names in white, uppercase, incised lettering. This is set behind a small circular, brick edged garden which has a further plaque at its front with images of 2 sevicemen + Flanders Fields poem. This is all set in a larger brick plot with iron railings surround. There is a flagpole set into the stone monollith.
