About the memorial: Large triple white marble board, wall mounted with a golden figure sat at the top centre. Each of the side panels has a golden laurel wreath at the top and names of the fallen listed below in capitals. The central, larger panel, includes the inscription in lower case guilt lettering. A fourth panel has been added below to include those remembered from WW2. It would be good to get confirmation of who this memorial commemorates. The buil;ding dates from approximately 1904. However, Employment Tribunals were set up by an Act of Parliament in 1964 so the memorial cannot be for them. More photos on IWM link.

Grants to support the repair and conservation of war memorials are available from the charity War Memorials Trust if it has raised funds. Support is focused on war memorials in Very bad or Poor condition or where there is a serious Concern.
