About the memorial: 5 light stained glass window showing 13 scenes from the life of Jesus Christ each with a short caption below. The inscriptions are found in the two bottom corners of the overall series. The window replaces memorials destroyed by enemy action in WW2. There is an associated Book of Remembrance in the St Anne Chapel listing the names of those commemorated on these memorials. The IWM Register entry entitles this memorial St Gabriels's Church but pla ces it in St Mary's. St Mary's was blitzed in WW2, St Gabriel's was not. So the IWM title is wrong, though the address is right.
