About the memorial: The right hand light of a three light Stained glass window. It features a man carrying a scroll. At the bottom is an angel with blue wings supporting a scroll which bears the dedication in elaborate letters. The window was originally at West Avenue Presbyterian Church, Gosforth, Newcastle. That became Trinity United Reformed Church, but Trinity Church moved elsewhere in Newcastle in c2000. The Church was sold and converted into a restaurant, who did not require this window. It was removed by Barry Chilton of Chorley as architectural salvage. It's history beyond that date is unknown. Any further information would be welcome.
