In the dome is a figure, presumed to be Britannia, a female helmeted figure. with a spear in right hand which has pierced a lion, and in her left hand the staff of a flag. On each side of the dome is a winged figure. The names of those who served are listed in four columns on the main panel. In a lower panel are the names of those who died, listed in 3 columns. The Church closed in 1996. The current location of the memorial, if any, is unknown.
