About the memorial: A central dedication panel and 2 flanking names panels, all richly decorated, together in a nowy headed glazed wooden frame. It is a little concerning that 86 Nethergate is listed on the Scottish Buildings at Risk Register under the name St David's Halls. The BARR suggests that the building was disused in 2009, but a list of Dundee lodges dated 2020 still gives this address for St David's Lodge 78. Google street view dated September 2020 also shows that the front of the building, indeed the whole row is fine, and that the Club is still active. Local investigation needed. The BARR report specifically relates to the rear of the row.
