About the memorial: Paper Roll of Honour-Handwritten Front page with the other names pages typed. This was formerly at Christ Church, Sunderland which closed in 1998 and became a Sikh Temple. There appears to have been no other WW2 memorial for this Church. If there had been this would probably not have qualified as a memorial i it's own right, but rather as a footnote to such a 'final; memorial. The Archival reference is EP/BiCC 102.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
