About the memorial: Communion Table with two chairs and an associated brass plaque. The table has a dropped front on which the words "This do in remembrance of me" are carved in half relief using Gothic script. There is a circular boss with cross on the front bearer. The brass plaque is inset into the table top and has a plain line border. Returned to the Greener family when the Church closed, who donated them to Beamish in 2017 for use in the reconstructed Methodist Chapel. A special service took place on Good Friday, 14 April 2017 to receive the memorials.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
