About the memorial: Wall mounted black marble backboard incorporating a shallow pediment with two corbel stones further supporting the base. Attached to the backboard is white tablet comprising a heavy sectioned base, followed by a central incised inscription above which, is a mould-edged shelf supporting a carved relief of an elephant above crossed flags, flanked by instruments of war. Below the tablet, at the base of the backboard is a raised coat of arms. Inscription on tablet infilled with black paint.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
