About the memorial: Originally the Roll of Honour, a red coloured leather-bound book with coloured inscriptions, was displayed in a wooden cabinet, mounted on a wooden pew. This pew was below the memorial tablet (WMO/251140), which was then in the Memorial Chapel. However, in 1996, when the chapel was curtailed in size, the tablet was removed to its present position and the Roll of Honour placed in a new wooden cabinet, beneath the east window of the Chapel. Photographs of the new wooden cabinet which is situated beneath the east window of Chapel of Resurrection are included on this record. In this new wooden cabinet is displayed the Roll of Honour for the 10th Lincolnshire Regiment during World War 1, The calendar Roll of Honour and Roll for 2nd World War.
