About the memorial: Rectangular manuscript on paper within a black wooden glass fronted frame with a brass insert . At top the first part of the commemoration, a cross coloured gold and a furled Union Flag and White Ensign in natural colours . The names written in black , the unit in red and the arm of service in blue . Below the names of those who returned a palm leaf in gold then the names of those who died followed by the remainder of the commemoration in black and red .Professionally produced by a firm of calligraphers in Oxford and London - name illegible

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
