About the memorial: Metal Plaque in a moulded wooden frame which has carvings raised at intervals. There is a single line border. The name of the Club is in a box at the top. The names are in two columns divided by a vertical line. The current location needs clarifying as there seems to still be a Social Club as well as a Community Centre in the village. Inside the hall there is a modern Roll of Honour. According to WMO conventions this is an adjunct to this memorial, not a separate report. It is a folder with plastic pockets, each containing the details of one man. Each page has a scene of men marching at the bottom. This memorial has 16 WW1 and 2 WW2 names- the Roll of Honour has 36 WW1 and 5 WW2 names with full name, rank, regiment, date of death, age and details of place of burial or commemoration for each.
