About the memorial: A printed paper sheet produced by St Nathaniel's Parish Church, presumably annually, carrying the names of those 'Fallen Active Service' to date, above five columns of the names of those 'On Active Service' by 1916. At its head are the Union flag and the White Ensign, with crossed staffs, between the title in Gothic script. The printing is in blue, apart from the titles given above, which are in red. Red lines surround the printing. The sheet is now in glass frame, but it is creased,and slightly torn at the top. In storage at the Tudor Centre in 2019.

Grants to support the repair and conservation of war memorials are available from the charity War Memorials Trust if it has raised funds. Support is focused on war memorials in Very bad or Poor condition or where there is a serious Concern.
