About the memorial: Large rectangular wooden board with triangular pediment, pillars down each side and a shelf. Within the pediment are the years 1914 - 1918 and a cast laurel wreath containing the words "Lest we Forget". The inscription is in capital lettering and the WW2 board is attached below. The two churches in the address line merged and worship on the Mangotsfield site.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
