Beneath it is written: St Paul's Parish. Then follows the pre-printed element in the centre section - the Names are on scrolls to each side, by unit, with no titles. At the bottom of the left-hand scroll is written: 1916, and at the bottom of the right-hand scroll: Vicar - Rev. AE Buer. In the top right-hand corner is printed: Published by The Fine Arts Co. Ltd. Green Street, London WC, and across the bottom: Facsimile of the treaty, by special permission of the Foreign Office. To aid the Prince of Wales' National Relief Fund.
