About the memorial: An addition to a headstone on a family grave. The pink granite headstone has a shallow triangular arch top, projecting square side pillars and bears an incised inscription in upright capital roman lettering. It surmounts an oblong base with flat top and was originally accompanied by kerbs which are now lost. CWGC spell his middle forename as Sidney, as against Sydney on the memorial. He is not commemorated on the memorial inside the Church-WMO/290935.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
