About the memorial: An endowed bed and a memorial tablet in a wooden frame. Bed is no longer identifiable within the National Health Service. Tablet comprises a brown mottled alabaster border around white marble and yellow glass tesserae and a central marble tile. Inscription is painted in black upright capital roman lettering. Frame is wooden moulding painted white. The building was originally the hospital, but had become the nursing home by 2014. The Hospital itself is WMO/290927.
