About the memorial: A plain oblong brass plaque with a thin incised border coloured black and an incised inscription in upright capital block lettering coloured black with rubricated initials. The makers' name is incised in the bottom right corner and the plaque is mounted on an oak backboard with moulded borders. It is on the West wall of the nave. As he died on active service while training for war this is a valid memorial under WMO definitions.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
