About the memorial: An addition to the lettering on a headstone on a family grave. The tall sandstone headstone has a rounded arch top with nailhead border, recessed sides and a small curvilinear design at the head. The incised inscription is mainly in capital block lettering. It is between the church and the main road, about 25 metres west of the war memorial (WMO/121800)
