About the memorial: A straight-headed stained-glass window; three main lights have lobed heads, the tracery creating four small irregular panes; scene of celestial army in ranks of white horses span the three lights with inscriptions on scrolls in the bottom corners; left and right quadrant panes contain a rose and acanthus leaves; second pane contains the arms and motto of the Haslam family; third pane contains the badge of the Royal Field Artillery; inscriptions in black sentence case gothic lettering.
