About the memorial: An additional inscription to a stone on a family grave. The gravestone comprises oblong stone kerbs bearing an incised inscription on the inner chamfer in upright capital block lettering. The kerbs are accompanied by an oblong tablet placed on the surface of the grave. The memorial is at the front of the chapel, near the footpath from the road. Between 2016 and 2022 the Chapel had been renamed from the original name of Charlesworth Particular Baptist Chapel.
