About the memorial: An oblong, single-light stained-glass window. The design is of Great Heart from Pilgrim's Progress and depicts a warrior in armour and bearing a sword standing before two women and two children, and is in blues, reds and golds. At the foot are several religious images over a broad ribbon bearing a quotation from Pilgrim's Progress in upright capital roman lettering. The memorial was previously reported to have been accompanied by oaken panelling bearing 149 names, and a marble tablet, believed to have related to WW1 and WW2 respectively, but these are now missing. The Independent Order of Rechabites vacated the premises and may have taken the oak panelling and marble tablet for possible erection elsewhere. The building was later converted to be a dentist. The window is on the first floor of the building. It is not available for public access.
