About the memorial: Additional wording on a family memorial stone. The family memorial comprises a low limestone headstone with a shallow arch top, projecting shoulders and an inscription incised in upright capital block lettering. The headstone is accompanied by plain oblong limestone kerbs with further inscriptions on the upper faces, also incised in upright capital block lettering. It is west of the northwest corner of the chapel, about six graves from the path.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
