About the memorial: An addition to the lettering on a stone on a family grave. The grey granite monument comprises a square battered pillar surmounted by a capstone, and set on moulded pedestal and plinths and a plain base. Some faces of the pillar, pedestal and plinth have panels surrounded by a narrow raised border and bearing incised inscriptions mainly in upright capital block lettering. The stone is accompanied by oblong kerbs. It is Southwest of the chapel, next to the main path.
