About the memorial: Brass plaque in a timber frame. The years of the war are in relief on the top nowy head of the frame. On the rectangular tablet all lettering is inscribed. The names of the fallen are in a wreath at centre, with the names of the served being in flanking columns to either side. As the dedication shows this is a composite memorial as it includes an organ.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
