About the memorial: Brass plaque in timber frame. The years of the war are in relief on the top nowy edge of the frame. All lettering on the rectangular plaque is inscribed. The names of the fallen are in a wreath at centre, flanked on each side by 2 columns (total of 4 columns) of names of the served. On the left hand side the women are named first, followed by the men.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
