About the memorial: Stone Tablet. It appears to be just a list of names in order of their date of death with no dedicatory wording- confirmation of that would be appreciated. One member of the United States Forces is included- Private Thomas Henry Irwin-he had emigrated in May 1909 where he was working as a farmer at Ida. Iowa when he drafted into the army.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
