About the memorial: A wall-mounted brass plaque on a wooden backboard. The horizontal oblong plaque has a thin incised border, a fleuron in each corner and a latin cross to the left. The inscription is incised in mixed styles of mixed-case upright lettering. The oaken backboard has a moulded edge. It is at the east end of the north wall of the north aisle. He is also commemorated at Bakewell on WMO/251846.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
