About the memorial: A white marble tablet on a black stone backboard. The upright oblong tablet has a moulded cornice at the top and is surmounted by a draped urn in relief and at the foot are two moulded brackets. The black painted inscription is in upright capital roman lettering. The stone backboard has a shallow triangular arch top with projecting shoulders.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
