About the memorial: An addition to a gravestone on a family grave. The limestone headstone has a pointed arch top, rebated sides and a depiction of an artillery piece with depressed barrel in relief in a panel at the head. The inlaid inscription is mainly in upright capital block lettering and the maker's mark is given at the foot of the face. It is near the road northwest of the church.
