About the memorial: A wall mounted oblong brass plaque on an oak backboard. The plaque has a small wreath incised within a fillet in each of the top corners and a thin incised border, all infilled in black. The incised inscription is in upright capital block lettering infilled in black but with selected initials rubricated. The oak backboard has a bevelled edge. It is on the east wall of the nave.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
