About the memorial: A nowy-headed brass plaque on an alabaster backboard. The plaque has two thin incised lines coloured black forming a border and a coloured design at the head comprising a White Ensign and a Union Flag crossed with a laurel wreath at the centre and a royal crown above. The inscription is incised in various styles of upright lettering mainly coloured black but with some rubricated initials, and the names are in two columns at the centre. The nowy-headed backboard is of white alabaster marbled in creams, browns and reds. It is inside the church on the south wall of the nave, east of the porch.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
